Bachelor in Paradise stars Jade and Tanner Tolbert are selling their California home for $3 million. According to People, the Tolberts purchased the five-bedroom property in 2018 for $1.61 million.
Their house is located in the gated community of Oak Farms in San Juan Capistrano. And it is listed with Dean Lueck of Compass.
Jade and Tanner’s former home spreads across 4,408 square feet. It also has five-and-a-half bathrooms, a guest suite, a powder room, a breakfast bar, a large center island, and more.
The house also boasts of a sunny great room that the Tolberts regularly hang out in with their three children.
There is reportedly one bedroom on the ground floor, and the rest of the bedrooms can be found on the upper floor.
Outside the property is a huge backyard with a saltwater pool, a spa, a fire pit, and an artificial turf. There’s also a cabana complete with an outdoor kitchen, TV, and a retractable overhead awning.
Two years ago, the Tolberts teamed up with decorated Caitlin Wright and Hannah Rodriguez of Realm Design Co. to create a cool and earthy California vibe inside their home.
When they moved into their house, Jade and Tanner already had their eldest daughter, Emerson Avery with them. But they managed to add to two more kids into their family with the arrival of Brooks Easton and Reed Harrison.
In March, the couple revealed if they want to have more kids.
“I'd say I'm 10 percent open to the idea, whereas I think Jade is a little more 50/50. We'll see who wins with the tug of war,” Tanner said.
“It's so funny how, Reed is 4 months now, and I'm like, our family is perfect the way it is — but I look at him and I'm like, I just love newborns. Maybe we could just have another. Four would be a great number. They'd have the buddy system! There's just something special about the mother-child bond and I just love it. Our family is perfect the way it is, but there's also a little piece of my heart that thinks about maybe a fourth,” Jade added.
Jade and Tanner first met in 2015 when they starred in the Bachelor spinoff, Bachelor in Paradise. The couple tied the knot a year later, and they had their first child shortly after.
